Review the subscriber schedule and address any questions
Ensure that all subscribers plan for accomplishing the curriculum and assignments according to the following schedule (or to the schedule developed with MMG Advisor)

Week 1

Week 2

With your team:
Meeting (half-hour phone conference) with MMG Advisor to review Kelly Awning Case History Introduction and chapter 1
Team leader and each team member:

Week 3

With your team:

Complete the CVI Profile (online)

Week 10

Team leader and each team member:
Complete the final exam (online)
Complete the Business Performance Zone Survey for your own organization (complete electronically and submit by email)

Week 11

With your team:
Meeting (one-hour phone conference) with MMG Advisor to review, as a group, results of final exam and responses to Business Performance Zone Survey
Team leader and each team member:
Apply the concepts you've learned through the Learning Center to identify and prioritize your organization's critical issues - and then, as a team, review this "homework," achieve consensus on a prioritized list, and submit to MMG

Week 12

With your team:
Meeting (one-hour phone conference) with MMG Advisor to review, as a group, the prioritized list of your organization's critical issues and outline a basic plan for the projects required to address these issues
Owner/CEO:
Launch prioritized project planning
Set schedule for follow-up meetings with team
Determine plan for follow-up work with MMG Advisor
